Thought I would make 4 bullet points as to what I appreciate about your talent and the care I get from your team:

• You enter the office and feel welcomed, it's a warm environment with a very calm, comfortable atmosphere and the entire team continues to work with you throughout the whole process

• Dr S, before she begins the procedure, whether it's a cleaning, consultation or actual procedure, takes the time to explain what she is wanting to accomplish and how, and why

• During the procedure, she continues to explain everything she is doing and stops to make sure you understand and answer any questions you have along the way, making sure you're comfortable or, if not, attending to that.  She always lets you know how great you're doing and how happy she is, as a perfectionist, with the work that's being done

• I always leave the office and the team with a better smile than that which I came in with, and afterwards, oh the compliments on my smile, makes everything worthwhile

• So, as the granddaughter of an ex-president of the ADA, and one who's always expected personalized, and yes, loving service (from my grandpa), I've never had a better dental experience than that which Dr S and her staff provide.
